Purchase

Cost efficiency is ensured with our accurate estimated to anticipate appropriate attic stock. Floor coverings are cut and installed with a minimum of waste. We physically measure, take off plans and present diagrams dependent upon traffic flow and measuring economy.

Full Service Management

One source project management means the project costs is less than contracting each job separately. We will coordinate the entire project from manufacturer to design firm to the end-user with flexibility to changes - even at the last minute. We will expedite the shipping and transportation of materials, efficiently handle receiving and storage and schedule secure delivery in conjunction with other trades. Our job program monitoring includes job site inspection, removal and disposal of existing floor coverings and preparation of subfloors. Installation is performed only by qualified and accredited installers following proper manufacturer installation specifications for adhesives and accessories. Correction of subfloor imperfection is performed by patching, grinding and sealing. Our post-installation cleanup includes trash removal, vacuuming, washing and waxing and any coatings or sealers required by the product being installed.
